Lucid Dream Control
Before learning to control the lucid dreams, you need to be able to attain lucidity (Induction Techniques), have good dream recall, and understand how you can keep lucid or increase your lucidity in a dream (Improve Lucidity).
Controlling your dreams is about beleiving it is possible to actually do what you are trying to acheive such as flying, or telelporting.
If you have any doubt that you can make happen or due what you are trying, you will most likely fail. Your subcoucoius plays a big role in dreaming. So not beleiving you can do something can have a big effect.
Once you acheive it once though. It will get easier to do again.The higher your level of lucidity, the more control you can generally assert over your dreams. You should read the increase lucidity page, and also try shouting out aloud what you are trying to do, and focus on beleiving it is possible.
If you focus too hard and the dream starts fading, or you feel yourself waking up, then dry dream spinning or rubbing your hands.
Start small. Say for example you are trying to summon an object, rather than just making it pop out of thin air, imaginge it being in your pocket, or around a corner etc.
If scenery in a dream changes, or something starts distracting you, it is possible that you can lose lucidity and once again start dreaming unaware. So try to reming yourself that you are dreaming. Say it to yourself also.
