Lucid Dreaming

Lucid dreaming is not as hard to do as it can sometimes sound. If you are just starting out and have never even heard of lucid dreaming before today, you may have a lucid dream just from reading up about it. Although you may not. The time it takes for individuals to learn lucid dreaming is different from person to person. Reasons for the difference could be, lack of understanding, not enough motivation or poor dream recall Lucid dreaming is something that takes time and practice to develop. when trying to learn lucid dreaming, it is a good idea to read lots of information about it and make sure you understand thier underlying concepts. And also practicing different methods to see which one will work best for you. Everybody is individual, and we are far from understanding everything about lucid dreaming. So you will need to experiment and possibly tweak methods to suit you.
