Snoring

About Snoring

Snoring happens when the airway is partially blocked which inhibits easy & normal breathing during sleep causing the vibration of the uvula & the soft palate as air is being forced through the narrow air passage way to reach the lungs.
Snoring can run in the family.
Most snorers don’t even know about it.

Children do snore & usually it is because their adenoids are enlarged or when they have a blocked nose. Snoring may also occur in small babies as their airways are still relatively small. This should pass soon, if it doesnt, consult a doctor

Snoring animals include dogs, cats, elephants, gorillas, pigs & rhinos.
